So, I think what's been really beautiful is, firstly, the conscious cultivation of a community spirit, which just invites people to come and engage as much or as little as they can and as they want to.
And I think the other part of it is really this commitment to being open to whatever ideas are going to help students flourish and develop into the best version of themselves.
