For Desil, a memorable part of Raka’s summer camp experience was seeing him become braver outdoors. Her testimony describes two weeks at Empathy School and the freedom to play barefoot and get a little dirty.
She recommends the experience to families living in Jakarta and other large cities, and says she hopes they will return the following year.
